1. What we collect

When you sign in we receive your name and email address from your Google account or your email sign-in. When you use the platform we store your test attempts, answers, scores and topic performance so we can show your analysis. If you buy a plan we store a record of the purchase (what was bought, amount, validity).

2. What we never collect

We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or bank credentials. Payments are handled entirely on our payment partner's secure checkout. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed. We also do not ask for your phone number or Aadhaar.

3. Why we use it

To give you access to what you purchased, show your performance analysis and weak-topic feedback, send exam alerts if you subscribe to them, and improve our question quality. That is all.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. We use a small number of service providers to run the platform: a hosting provider, a database provider, a payment gateway, and an email/notification provider. They process data only to deliver their service to us.

5. Email alerts

If you subscribe to exam alerts, we use your email only to send notification updates, new tests and offers. Every email includes a way to stop them, or you can write to us and we will remove you.

6. Security

Data is stored with access controls so that your attempts and purchases are visible only to your own account. Connections to the site are encrypted.

7. Retention

We keep your account and attempt history while your account exists, so your progress is not lost. Purchase records are retained as required for accounting.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and its data. Write to us through the Contact page and we will act on it.

9. Children

Jetri is intended for candidates preparing for government recruitment examinations and is not directed at children under 13.
